Submit a return request

Click the RETURN REQUEST button below to request a return.

  1. In the Email field, enter your email address used on your order, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to our online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Click Request return. 

It may take 1-3 business days to process your return request.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a store credit or refund if eligible.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once received at the warehouse.

Please read our policy carefully and ensure your return meets the return/refund policy, to avoid rejection and/or significant delays at the warehouse. 

Please check your junk mail for return request emails. 

All return requests must be made within 30 days of order date.
